I’m Simone Bell, and I currently serve as State Representative for House District 58 in the Georgia General Assembly. I’ve served three sessions in the Georgia House of Representatives, after winning a special election in 2009. I'm running for re-election to House District 58 in the July 31, 2012 election and look forward to earning your vote.

- State Planning and Community Affairs
On these committees I’m a vocal proponent of the social justice and human rights implications of legislation, as it relates to women, children, the elderly, working families, the poor and the middle class.
I’m currently a member of the Bi-partisan Women’s Caucus, Fulton County Delegation, Working Families Caucus and the Legislative Black Caucus. I also have the honor to serve as Deputy Whip, a leadership role within the House Democratic Caucus.
